Fiche individuelle de police pour les touristes étrangers (Individual police record for foreign tourists)

Providers of holiday accommodation in France are required by law to have all non-French guests complete an “individual police record” (Art 6 of the Decree of 18th August 2015) and have it available for inspection by the police, upon demand, for a period of six months after departure. In order to comply with French law* and our own requirements to effect your booking we store the personal information provided by you. It is kept electronically, password protected but is not encrypted. We will not pass your personal information to any third party and we will use it only to contact you about your stay at La Goupillère or occasionally at a later date should we feel we feel it appropriate to contact you on related matters.
