Included. Our prices include everything you are likely to need - bedding, towels, kitchen basics, cleaning & washing materials, loo paper, etc. Many properties charge extra for these or do not provide them at all. We can also provide, free, a cot with a high quality mattress, high chair, baby bath and changing mat upon request. We provide a generous "welcome pack" which should be ample for a light meal on your day of arrival. All heating and utilities are included, with the exception of electricity for charging electric or hybrid vehicles for which we will charge a fee. Please ask for details. ^ Bathroom towels only; we do not provide free pool or beach towels but we can provide these to rent for a small charge. Single Bedroom Occupancy. La Goupillère is a large, three bedroom house with lots of space but it is not only suitable for families or groups. For single bedroom occupancy a reduction of €40 applies. Conditions apply; please see here. If needed the offer includes a baby sleeping in a cot (you must bring your own baby). Occupancy. The property is intended to accommodate a maximum of six guests, which may be a mix of persons aged 18 and over (adults) and 17 or younger (minors). The rates quoted are for up to four adults and two minors (or e.g. two adults and up to four minors). For parties of more than four adults there is an additional charge of €25 per week per adult. Guests aged under 18 at the date of arrival are included in the basic rates (we reserve the right to see proof of age). A baby sleeping in a cot will not be considered a "guest" for these purposes. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. * The frequency of bed linen changes may differ from those advertised depending upon the actual number of nights booked.

Cleaning. The house will be clean when you arrive and beds made up to your required specification. Pre-let preparation and the professional laundering of all bed linen is included in the rental price. Clean bed linen is provided according to the schedule detailed elsewhere*, depending on the duration of your stay. Ample clean towels will be provided upon your arrival but we leave the frequency of washing these to you (a washing machine and dryer are provided). Booking Deposit. A booking deposit of 25% of the rental fee is required to secure your booking. The balance must be received 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the full amount is payable when booking. Security Deposit. A security deposit of €150 is payable with your final payment. This will be returned to you within one week of the completion of the rental period, less any deductions for damage or unreasonable breakages and, if appropriate, excess cleaning upon vacating the property. Currency. Our rental rates are in Euros. You can settle any way you like but we recommend Wise as they offer the best rates and charge a very low commission of less than 0.4%. You can also pay them using a credit or debit card. The Euro amounts paid to us must be as invoiced, so type the invoiced amount into the Euro box “Recipient will get exactly”, not the “You send” box; your selected currency equivalent will be automatically displayed. You do need to open an account but it is very straightforward and safe and once you have done it the first time you will never transfer money abroad any other way! Supplies. We supply the basics needed to start your holiday without having to worry about buying tea, coffee, sugar, whatever. We also provide a "welcome pack" (see above) but if there is anything else you would like please let us know prior to arrival. If you arrive later than expected you will not be left in the lurch and we will do our best to provide you with additional drink and food at cost price or you can simply replace anything you borrow.

Enquiry & Booking Notes Please contact us by e-mail or telephone and we will respond quickly. In fairness to all, we will reserve the dates you want upon your request to do so. A reservation will become a firm booking once the deposit has been paid, as set out in our T&Cs. Until enquiries are followed up by a positive indication that a booking will be made the property will remain available to whoever does so first. You are reading this, so you are in a position to directly compare our prices above with quotations you receive from the commercial channels, such as VRBO or Airbnb. You do not need to pay more than the rates we agree with you or have published here and elsewhere. If you book via other channels your contract will be with them and we are unable to enter into any commercial discussion once you have booked via their platforms. You will pay a higher price but you may feel you are buying added value services or peace of mind. However you book, once your deposit is paid you will receive the same high level of customer service and communication we offer for direct bookings.
